Paloma

Paloma is a local New Zealand brand producing small runs of sarongs that use natural fibers - selected for their weave, texture and feel against the skin. Selected by sisters who live between the city and the beach with an admiration for quality cloth, and the multipurpose use of a simple square or rectangle that will be with you for many sunsets.

We created the logo with the concept of the sun rising above the ocean in mind - using a simplistic typeface to reflect the timeless and classic nature of the garments. The colour palette was an important aspect of this brand, we wanted it to feel earthy yet modern - taking inspiration from the origin of the fabrics and the ethos of the brand.
